Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the professional relationship between Adeem Consultant ("we", "us", "our") and our clients. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
All client engagements are governed by a specific written Engagement Letter agreed before work commences. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the Engagement Letter, the Engagement Letter prevails.

Our Services
Adeem Consultant provides professional tax, accounting, corporate advisory, payroll, and related services through qualified ICAP Chartered Accountants, ACCA members, and FBR-registered tax practitioners.
Our advice is based on applicable laws, regulations, and our professional judgment at the time of advice. We cannot be responsible for the accuracy of advice given on the basis of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Engagement and Fees
Every engagement is documented in a written Engagement Letter that specifies:
- The scope of services to be provided
- The agreed fee — fixed or time-based as applicable
- The payment terms and schedule
- The expected timeline for delivery
- Any information or documents required from you
No work commences and no fees are incurred until you have agreed the Engagement Letter in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each Engagement Letter. Standard payment terms are 50% advance and 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
Client Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents as requested
- Notify us promptly of any changes in circumstances relevant to our engagement
- Review documents we prepare before submission and confirm accuracy
- Make payments in accordance with agreed payment terms
We cannot be responsible for delays or errors caused by late or inaccurate provision of information by the Client.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. All team members sign confidentiality agreements. We do not disclose client information to third parties except where required to perform services (such as filing with FBR or SECP with your authorisation) or where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the fee paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your reliance on our advice, or for delays caused by regulatory authorities' processing times or system failures.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing reasonable written notice. You will be responsible for fees for work completed up to the date of termination. We will provide you with all documents and information in our possession relating to your affairs on termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
